The Analogics’ Rider Bio handheld computers are used successfully in various cross-functional applications for commercial, industrial and mobile applications. With integrated multispectral finger print sensors from Lumidigm and a printer, the Rider Bio handhelds can be used in various applications like voter ID, rural banking, access control and many more. Open source Linux OS along with the SDK will help in rapid deployment of custom applications. Applications can be developed in Java or ‘C’. With integrated wireless features like WLAN and GPRS / CDMA, the terminal can be deployed virtually anywhere in the field. Its rugged construction and long battery life enhance its reliability.
