He serves on the Board of Directors of Start-Up Australia.</p><p>Prior to founding Lumidigm, Mr. Harbour successfully started a venture capital company in Australia. As Managing Director, he specialized in early-stage technology companies. Previously, he was active in joint ventures and merger &amp; acquisition activities worldwide while serving as the CEO of the DuPont/FUJIFILM joint venture in electronic imaging and as a board member for several DuPont investee companies. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating various direct investment opportunities for New Mexico Co-Investment Partners, L.P., a direct co-investment fund in which the New Mexico State Investment Council is the sole limited partner, as well as pursuing business development opportunities for Fort Washington in the Western part of the United States.</p><p>A New Mexico resident for 13 years, Bessone has 20 years of experience as a results-oriented investment banker specializing in merger and acquisition advisory work, including evaluating the growth prospects businesses.</p><p>Bessone previously served as executive vice president for KTLindustries, Ltd., a private investment banking firm, and was a senior vice president at Stevenson &amp; Company, a full service private investment banking firm. During this time, Interleaf, a pioneer in electronic publishing, grew to be a publicly traded company with $100 million in annual revenue. In January 2000, Interleaf was acquired by Broadvision in a stock merger that valued Interleaf at approximately $900 million. Prior to this, Harry was a co-founder, Director and Vice President of Finance of Kurzweil Computer Products, subsequently purchased by Xerox Imaging Systems.</p><p>Mr. George has been a Director of a number of private and public companies and is currently a Director of AmpliMed, Lumidigm, High Throughput Genomics, and Regenesis Biomedical. He is a member of the Investors&#8217; Circle and was active with the Arizona Venture Capital Conference, where he was on the conference screening panel from 1997-2003. Mr. George is a member of the advisory committee of the MBA program at the Eller School of Business of the University of Arizona and serves as an advisor to the Arizona Center for Innovation. From 1996 to 2003, he was a Trustee of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and he currently serves as its Vice Chair of Treasure the Desert Capital Campaign. He is also a Trustee of the Tucson Museum of Art. Since that time, he has led Sandia&#8217;s and UNM-SOM&#8217;s research efforts in this field, and has co-authored several comprehensive U.S. patents and patent applications to which the Company now holds exclusive rights. Prior to SiCortex, he was CEO of StreamServe (acquired by Open Text), a European-based document management company ($70M revenue).</p><p>Chris began his career as a systems engineer for Exxon Office Systems. He was recruited to Data General (DGC) in 1980 (now EMC) in software development, and product management. He led the team that built the first multi-user office system on minicomputers (called Comprehensive Electronic Office). Then in 1989, he founded the Object Management Group (creators of the industry software standard CORBA). The Group became known as the organization that brought object-oriented programming and distributed computing over the internet to the mainstream. In 1996, he was recruited as Executive Vice President at Novell (NOVL). Chris was part of the team responsible for the turnaround and resurgence of Novell. The team concentrated on Open Source, Linux, Directory Services (LDAP), and Internet technologies. Chris was responsible for Novell&#8217;s strategic direction, M&amp;A (acquiring over 12 companies during this period) and technology leadership focusing on Directory Services and Identity Management/Security. In 1998, Chris formed Novell Ventures, a $50M (growing to $120M) fund that had early stage investments and exits in Red Hat, Akamai, Oblix, NetObjects, Bowstreet, enCommerce, Indus River, and others. His team’s return was over 140% IRR.</p><p>Chris founded Tilion, the first hosted software service for supply chain management and eventually merged with two other companies. In 2001, returning to Novell as Vice Chairman, Office of the CEO, he developed the strategy to acquire SuSE Linux and Desktop Linux maker Ximian, which resulted in Novell becoming one of the world’s largest supporters and providers of open source software. Through his career, he garnered numerous Linux and technology related awards, including being named a top ten entrepreneur by Red Herring, and one of The Top 50 People in High Tech by Ziff Davis. Chris is a director of iovation Software in Portland, Oregon and serves on numerous philanthropic boards. /> Executive VP &amp; Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, Hewlett Packard Corporation</h2><p>Mr. Robison is responsible for shaping Hewlett Packard&#8217;s overall technology agenda and for leading the company&#8217;s strategy and corporate development efforts including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and partnerships. He leads the technology and strategy councils as well as the development of future technology roadmaps, working closely with HP&#8217;s business units and HP Labs.</p><p>Mr. Robison was senior vice president and chief technology officer of Strategy and Technology at Compaq Computer Corporation. Prior to joining Compaq, he was president of Internet Technology and Development at AT&amp;T Labs. While at AT&amp;T, he led a 2,000-person team that was responsible for the architecture, planning and development of all of AT&amp;T&#8217;s Internet technologies and services.</p><p>Prior to AT&amp;T, Mr. Robison was executive vice president, Research and Development, and then served as president of the Design Productivity Group at Cadence Design Systems, the world&#8217;s leading supplier of electronic design products and services.</p><p>Mr. Robison also spent seven years at Apple Computer Corporation, where he managed research on a wide range of architectures and multimedia technologies, including processors, video, telecommunications, I/O and audio.
