Business Application Specialist (India) and Staff Scientist
Sujan T.V. Parthasaradhi is a Business Application Specialist (India) at Lumidigm where he is responsible for forming strategic alliances and decisions for developing the fingerprint biometric business in India. In this capacity, he meets with decision makers in the government and private sectors to familiarize them with the critical aspects of fingerprint biometric deployments. Mr. Parthasaradhi also supports partners in India as they design solutions to meet customer and user requirements.
Mr. Parthasaradhi also holds the position of Staff Scientist at Lumidigm and specializes in the design of real world evaluation studies for fingerprint sensors. He is responsible for implementing large fingerprint studies; evaluating sensors and algorithms for biometric and spoof performance; and researching and testing spoofing techniques for different fingerprint sensor technologies.
Prior to joining Lumidigm, Mr. Parthasaradhi was an Algorithm Developer at Bioscrypt, Inc. where he tested and evaluated pattern-based fingerprint algorithms against the images acquired from different sensors. Mr. Parthasaradhi has 9 years experience in the field of biometrics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a thesis in fingerprint technology, from West Virginia University.
