Mr. Miller is President of Miller Strategic Consulting LLC, a company that specializes in investing in and actively participating in the management and development of entrepreneurial start-up companies. He is a co-founding shareholder and board member of InLight Solutions. Mr. Miller was co-founder, Executive VP, CFO, and member of the Board of Directors of Technicare Corporation. He is a co-founder and board member of SMTL Leasing and Summit Technologies Sales, Inc. Mr. Miller serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Hitachi Medical Systems of America, Inc. He also is Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of SITE Santa Fe.

Mr. Miller received a BA degree in philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University and a MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.
